Asma Childcare Center in Saudi Arabia

The Asma Childcare Center is located in Saudi Arabia and it is composed of the two parts of the interior space design and exterior space design, which was in charge of MooTon Group. As a leading preschool custom design and production brand, MooTon Group conceived the perfect solution, using one design principle and design concept to construct two different space designs to create a child-centered nursery. At the same time, children can learn, entertain, and grow in a childcare center with an excellent environment.

Design Assumption

Considering that interior space and exterior space have two different kinds of usages, therefore the Moo Too Group designed two design schemes for two spaces under one design guideline and design concept, so as to solve the problems brought by the difference between the two spaces and create a natural and children-centered childcare center. Furthermore, through this design, Moo Ton Group hopes that children can grow up in a scientific and healthy school environment that follows the law of children's development, helping children spend a happy, wonderful and full of interest childhood.

Overall Scheme Design

The Asma Childcare Center has interior space design and outdoor space design. Meanwhile, the indoor space design is divided into classrooms, art rooms, preschool indoor playgrounds, and reading rooms, while the outdoor space design is designed to be a natural outdoor playground for preschool children.

 Indoor Space Deign Classroom

The early childhood classroom adopts wood color and solid wood nursery school classroom furniture to create a warm, comfortable, and close-to-nature classroom environment, which is beneficial for children in improving their learning efficiency and stimulating learning motivation. At the same time, the childcare center classroom is composed of multiple functional areas, each area is equipped with high-quality modern school classroom furniture. Meanwhile, the preschool classroom is equipped with game areas, reading areas, role-playing areas, study areas, art areas, and activity areas. These areas provide children with opportunities to explore their talents and develop their unlimited potential.

Preschool Activity Room

A preschool activity room should have multiple amusement functions and meet children’s amusement needs. On the basis of the above conditions, the preschool activity room must plan and design several diverse entertaining functional zones, and it should set up some drill and crawl games for children to exercise their balance ability.Besides, it also sets stem walls to exercise children’s working ability, cultivate thinking capacity, and develop their brains and reserves a resting area for children to read books and think independently. Furthermore, this kindergarten indoor playground is also equipped with a wooden playground, some intelligent expansion equipment, etc. to help children achieve diversified development.

Art Room

The art room is equipped with a lot of wooden school art room furniture and the application of art room furniture makes it convenient for children to organize and store their art tools so that the art room remains tidy, clean, and orderly. Through this kind of environmental role and education, children can establish a good sense of order and form good habits.In addition, the art room not only uses log color as the main color, but also adds some bright colors to increase the creative atmosphere of the children's art room.

The reading room is to create a warm and quiet environment for kids to enjoy the reading time and acquire some knowledge from the book, and it is also designed for children to calm their hearts and cultivate a patient personality. In view of the fact that the school reading room has many books, newspapers, picture books, magazines, and so on, therefore, this preschool reading room is equipped with many different shapes of bookshelves and library school furniture with different design functions, so that each accessory and book can be stored in the proper school library furniture, keeping a tidy and order.At the same time, taking into account the children's diverse reading habits and hobbies, the reading room uses some school furniture tables and chairs and school library leisure furniture to allow children to find a favorite place to enjoy reading time.

Outdoor Space Design

As an important part of the childcare center, the preschool outdoor playground plays an important role in effecting children’s growth and development, therefore, this outdoor preschool playground follows the design concept of Asma Childcare Center to create a natural and children-centered amusement space.

This natural outdoor playground for preschools adopts outdoor playground equipment that can be in line with the law of children's development and meet the needs of children’s amusement. Furthermore, the outdoor playground for preschool children in the child care center uses natural series products and sets up multiple functional areas according to different play purposes and play functions. Thereinto, the childcare center outdoor playground has a kitchen role-play area, music play area, mini soccer field, sensory integration training area, theme playground area, and sand pit area and each functional area is equipped with superior children's outdoor play equipment, for example, the natural series theme playground, swings, seesaws, megaphones, rocking horses, climbing nets, slides and so on.
